Machine Stretch film

Machine Stretch film is a high quality film, designed for packing cargo on pallets using specialized equipment. This film is generally 500 mm wide and from 17 to 30 microns thick, net weight is from 12 to 18 kg, wound on a thick solid core. This grade is used for high-speed and high quality packing. This grade is often used in automated high-performance conveyor lines, where the speed and quality of packaging plays a key role. There are the following film types:

• «Standard» - a high quality film, designed for semi-automatic and automatic packaging machines without pre-stretch or low-stretch up to 200%.
• «Power» - Premium film designed for high speed automated packaging machines with pre-stretched to 250%.
• «Super Power» - the highest quality film, designed for modern high-speed automated packaging machines with pre-stretch up to 300%.
